Take advantage of the start of spring to enjoy a meal in the heart of our blooming gardens. Our team of permaculture farmers has been growing these early-season vegetables for several months, and you’ll have the chance to savor them as part of a menu created by the chef and the kitchen team to highlight these garden-fresh flavors.
To complement the vegetables from our permaculture gardens, you’ll also find lamb from our neighbors, La Fontaine aux Moutons.
