One-Day Creative Herbal Tea Workshop

After getting to know each other, Léna will guide you through the gardens, where you’ll discover the wide variety of aromatic and medicinal plants that make up the collection, depending on the season. You’ll then enter the artisanal drying room to learn about the process of drying and transforming the plants into herbal teas.
Then it’s your turn to get involved! You’ll have the opportunity to try your hand at various traditional farming techniques: harvesting, cleaning, and blending herbal teas. Depending on your needs or preferences, Léna will guide you in selecting the medicinal and aromatic plants for your personalized herbal tea blend. This will be a tasting experience, where you’ll discover the aromas and flavors of the plants harvested on the estate: there’s something for everyone! Verbena, mint, and lemon balm are among the best-known, while shiso, agastache, and holy basil offer more unique options.
Once your blend is ready, all that’s left is to package it and give it a name.
To end the day on a peaceful note: Léna will then lead you in a moment of meditation.
