Autonomy & Resilience Retreat in Pornic

An immersive retreat to regain control of your daily life, surrounded by nature at Éco-Domaine la Fontaine

The Autonomy & Resilience Retreat is an immersive, hands-on week designed tohelp you reconnect with life and take back control of your daily routine.
Over the course of 5 days and 4 nights, you’ll explore the essential pillars of autonomy—food , water, energy, shelter, and health—in a natural setting dedicated to practice, learning, and meaning.

A turnkey training retreat in small groups, designed to help you acquire essential skills, gain greater freedom, and reinvent a simpler, happier daily life.

The Spirit of the Autonomy & Resilience Retreat

Here, it’s not about survival, but about a life of choice.
Autonomy is approached as a path toward greater freedom, confidence, and harmony with the world around us.

Throughout the week, you’ll learn how to grow some of your own food, manage your essential resources, master key skills, and gain a better understanding of the real challenges of resilience.

The program follows a structured framework, while allowing room for integration, observation, and discussion, with adjustments possible depending on the seasons and the group’s energy.
