La Fontaine Dinners – February 13 – Mathieu GUIBERT, Michelin-starred chef

On Tuesday, February 13, we will be welcoming Mathieu Guibert, chef and owner of Anne de Bretagne.
Mathieu Guibert embodies a culinary philosophy centered on the quality of ingredients and a deep connection to the Pays de Retz region.
His distinguished career—from the hospitality school in Saint-Nazaire to the Michelin-starred restaurants Le Meurice and Le Pavillon Ledoyen—has shaped his dedication to rigor and excellence.
A return to his roots was in order when he took the reins of the Anne de Bretagne restaurant, crafting an authentic cuisine steeped in local ingredients.
A lover of quality ingredients and the son of a farmer, he creates an ever-changing menu that celebrates the seasons and the bounty of our region.
On Tuesday, February 13, he will join us to share his story during a dinner hosted by the restaurant Les Tables de La Fontaine and its chef, Damien PERRINEL.
The Dîners de la Fontaine are dinner-and-lecture events held at theÉco-Domaine La Fontaine in Pornic, consisting of several parts.
The social gathering begins with an interview with the guest over cocktails.
This will be followed by a dinner during which you’ll be invited to share a table with other guests so you can get to know one another better over a main course and dessert made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
All served with a glass of wine from our vineyards.
During dinner, you will be invited to interact with our guests through a question-and-answer session.
Appetizers and Canapés + Main Course and Dessert + Wines from the Estate + Water and Coffee: €36 per person
