A passionate artisan, Alain will share with us the secrets of his cookie shop and his fascinating journey, from his early days in the Paris region to his move to Pornic.
With his homemade cookies, made from organic ingredients and packaged in biodegradable materials, he has won the hearts of food lovers.
Beyond his delicious creations, Alain will discuss his commitment to authenticity, quality, and local production, while revealing how he has managed to blend tradition and innovation to make his brand a benchmark, found in the finest restaurants and specialty food stores.
This evening will be an opportunity to savor his exceptional cookies and chat with him during an interview hosted by Jacques Bourdonnais and Sophie Kuhn.
