La Fontaine Dinners – Tuesday, November 12
For this new edition of the Dîners de la Fontaine, we are pleased to welcome Mathieu David, our passionate permaculture farmer.
He will share his inspiring journey, from his studies in urban planning to his transition to a sustainable permaculture lifestyle focused on resilience and sustainability.
This event will be an opportunity to learn about practices that promote a more environmentally friendly lifestyle and solutions for a more sustainable future.
The Dîners de la Fontaine take place at theÉco-Domaine La Fontaine in Pornic, a venue dedicated toecotourism and sustainable gastronomy.
The event will feature several highlights: the guest will first be interviewed during a welcome cocktail reception, followed by a dinner prepared with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
During the meal, you’ll have the opportunity to ask Mathieu David questions during a Q&A session moderated by Jacques Bourdonnais and Sophie Kuhn.

The price for this evening is 39€ per person.
