For this new edition, we are honored to welcome Emmanuelle Tizon, a horse enthusiast and expert in equine therapy.
She will talk to us about her work supporting people with disabilities through horses—a topic she explores in her book *Au-delà de l’équithérapie*—as well as her involvement with the organization “Innocence en danger,” which is dedicated to child protection. She is a radiant, talented woman with an inspiring life story.
The evening begins with an interview with our guest over cocktails, followed by a cozy dinner where you’ll enjoy local, seasonal dishes paired with a glass of wine from our vineyards.
