The program is available below!

Guinguette Éco-Domaine La Fontaine , Restaurant, and Spa, Pornic

Wednesday Open-Air Parties: Starting July 1, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
This year, we have big news for the open-air parties: starting at 3:00 p. m., you can enjoy the bar, the tea room, and games in the heart of the garden (duck fishing, treasure hunt, pétange…). Then, starting at 7: 00 PM , a live band will perform every Wednesday so you can dance with your feet in the grass.
On-site , you’ll find dishes from our culinary team and our food truck starting at 7:00 PM.

Thursdays. La Fontaine Farmers’ Market from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Take a moment to shop directly from the farmers and artisans of the Pays de Retz. You can even take this opportunity to enjoy a galette or a sweet crêpe and stop by to say hello to the animals at our educational farm.

– Fridays: After Beach from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,
Cocktails and a DJ in the heart of the vineyards, with a view of the sea, every Friday evening starting July 3.
DJ Val and Food Truck: Food and drinks featuring the estate’s wines.

July 9, 5:00–8:00 p.m., during the market: Lecture and seaweed tartare cooking workshop

As part of her project *Among the Voices of the Ocean*, Corlie Glémas is traveling along the Atlantic coastline to the English Channel using sustainable modes of transportation (surfing, cycling, and sand yachting), with the goal of communicating ocean-related issues in an accessible and engaging way. She will lead an interactive talk combining adventure stories, popular science, and discussions with the audience. This talk is based on the first edition of *Parmi les Voix de l’Océan 2025*, during which she traveled 1,500 km to raise awareness about ocean conservation, making her way to the UNOC via hitchhiking, cycling, and skateboarding. She will also lead a workshop on making seaweed tartare.
Free admission.
